Her Société is a collaborative community that allows women to be who they want to be, empowering and inspiring each other.  Our goal is to create a circle of strong, empowered women, who come together and share their experiences, while continuing to enhance their knowledge and reach their dreams in a safe and supportive environment.

 “Women” refers to women and anyone that identifies as such and fits outside of the Binary system.  We support women-based charities, offer mentorship, knowledge, and coaching to improve your self-growth and empowerment. Judgement and Bias has no place in Her Societe, and within its membership.

Partnering with like minded organisations, Her Société is a platform for women to connect, create and share their experiences, creating a safe community for all. Our aim is to create an online knowledgebase with articles on feminism, the women's movement and information on female issues, with general information being available to all, and a membership tier with exclusive content. Members can collaborate and interact, benefiting from our partnerships with knowledge, goods and services, and sisterhood.

The network of members we have, drives our initiative of helping women become the best that they can be as women; not as mothers, wives, daughters, or employees, but just to be you!

Tracy De Paolis is the visionary and mastermind behind Her Société. A CEO, Founder and overall inspiration, she's made her way in life through pushing past bias and becoming the grounding force behind her businesses (and we say plural because she's done a lot).

In recent years, Tracy has discovered a world of opportunities for her knowledge, experience and resources to be shared to the women around her. What started off as a small lunch to celebrate and recognise International Women's Day in 2021 sparked the initiative to provide a platform and space for women to celebrate and empower one another.
